As we reflect on this past year, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and trust in Jade Oasis. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who has chosen to experience the tranquility and rejuvenation our spa offers.
However, like many businesses, we are facing unprecedented challenges due to the current economic climate, including significant increases in operating costs due to inflation.
With a heavy heart, we must announce a slight $10 increase in our service prices effective January 1st, 2025. This adjustment is necessary to ensure the continued sustainability and high quality of services we strive to provide.
Important Notes:
Current Monthly Members: Your existing membership packages and pricing will remain unchanged. We deeply value your loyalty and are committed to honoring your current agreements.
Members on Pause: Your membership price will also remain the same when you choose to resume your membership.
Grandfathered Pricing: To be locked into our current pricing before the price increase, please sign up for a monthly membership at our spa before January 1st, 2025. Only monthly members will be grandfathered into the current pricing structure.
New Packages: We will be introducing exciting new packages with adjusted pricing to reflect the enhanced services we offer.
We understand that price increases can be difficult, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. We are committed to providing exceptional service and creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our clients.
We are also thrilled to announce the introduction of several new and exciting treatments for the face and body in the coming year. These innovative offerings will further enhance your spa experience.
