The Oasis Policies

Our Terms and Policies

1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are required for all services. We do not allow walk-ins.

    • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person at the spa.

    • While we may occasionally be able to accommodate same-day appointments based on availability, these must be booked in advance.

     To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required on file. 

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur no charge.

    • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Late Arrivals:

    • For arrivals 5-10 minutes late, please notify us immediately.

    • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be rescheduled and will be subject to a partial service charge.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Guest Conduct:

    • Guests are expected to arrive on time and in a relaxed state.

    • Disruptive behavior (rudeness, excessive tardiness, frequent cancellations, no-shows) may result in the termination of service and future appointments.

    • Jade Oasis Spa reserves the right to deny, stop, or end any service if we feel uncomfortable due to the client's behavior, including any form of sexual misconduct.

    • In cases of serious misconduct, we may contact law enforcement and pursue legal action.

2. Spa Day Bookings

  • Spa Day Packages: Spa Days are offered through pre-purchased packages.

    • Packages can be purchased online or in person at the spa.

    • Upon package purchase, guests can schedule their Spa Day for the same day or choose a preferred date and time from available online slots.

  • Full Payment: Full payment for the Spa Day package is required at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash, and checks. A $25 fee applies for returned checks.

  • Gift Cards: Available for purchase in-spa or online.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Service Refunds:​

    • No refunds are available for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of services. 

    • No refunds on gift cards or any services purchased via our packages, or monthly VIP memberships

  • Retail Returns:​

    • Unused retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full store credit.

    • No refunds are available for retail products.

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for informing their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to their service.

  • The use of cell phones and other electronic devices is discouraged during treatments.

  • Guests are expected to treat all staff with respect and courtesy.

6. Disclaimer

  • Jade Oasis Spa cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during a service.

  • Results may vary for each individual.

7. Changes to Policies

Jade Oasis Spa reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time without prior notice.

By booking an appointment or purchasing services at Jade Oasis Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and policies.
